For over 30 years I’ve worked with children from being a personal Nanny to working in the public school system as a Paraprofessional helping to educate children with special needs.  Once I turned 50 I knew it was time for a change.  My local Insurance Agency (CT Ins Exchange) was looking for Customer Service help.  Having no computer skills nor a college degree I decided to take a chance.  Within 2 years I was a licensed agent, knowing in my heart I would never become their top selling sales person, but I was there to help educate our clients by simplifying terms and coverages, and helping them resolve any concerns, or issues they may have.
