I enjoy a challenge. It is very satisfying to me when I turn a client’s “it is very expensive and I do not understand why, nor do I know how it is supposed to work”, to a “wow, it all makes so much more sense now that it has been explained to me”. I love gaining new knowledge and sharing it – a daily occurrence in the ever changing insurance industry.
