LISA TREGONING

Lisa is a former elementary school teacher, who decided to focus on school climate issues. At a time when bullying issues in our schools were not being addressed, Lisa took initiative to become the states only certified trainer in an internationally recognized Bullying Prevention Program and helped write the Anti-bullying Legislation. Lisa mentored other trainers and was a liaison between state organizations and school districts implementing policies and practices to develop a positive school culture.
In 2013 Lisa joined her husband in the insurance industry as a commercial and personal lines insurance specialist. Lisa is growing the Connecticut Insurance Exchange (CIE) client base through honesty, transparency and integrity. Trust is key! Besides working side-by-side with her son, Lisa enjoys helping our clients insure their most important possessions. To her, the best feeling is when a client walks through the door distrusting the insurance industry at first, but leaves her office with confidence and assurance, knowing their family, business and assets are covered correctly.
When Lisa is not in the office she can be found landscaping, designing displays for their country store or training for the next Tough Mudder with her daughter!
