My Why:

After being an early childhood educator for over 20 years, I decided my new career path should include educating others to help them make more informed decisions for themselves.  As the head of the Renewals Department, I get to exercise that skill everyday as I help our clients make decisions about the types of coverages they need and how to navigate through the sometimes confusing world of insurance.  Helping our clients get the best rates for their coverages is super rewarding as well!
